XFANZ Raises Funds for Non-Profits

November 30, 2007 – XFANZ, touting themselves as the “adult entertainment capital,” viewable at www.xfanz.com,  launched on October 2, 2006.  During their first full month of operation, XFANZ has already demonstrated industry leadership by holding a fundraising event that raised thousands of dollars for two industry non-profits.

The beneficiaries of this fundraising effort are the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) and the Free Speech Coalition (FSC), the national trade organization to the adult entertainment industry.   The event, which was called XFANZ Rocks Burlesque, was a star-studded launch party at Dragonfly in Los Angeles where hundreds of industry elite and fans joined the fundraising activities.

Performers included:  Sunny Lane, Jenna Presley, Lisa Ann, Adonna Vichet, Dave Navarro and the Panic Channel, Kurt Lockwood and PCP, plus comedians Rick Overton, Michael Gelbart and Skippy Green.   Their participation drew throngs of attendees to this successful launch of XFANZ.

“This could have been just another promotional party,” said ASACP Executive Director, Joan Irvine, “but XFANZ stepped up and made sure it would also benefit ASACP and FSC.”   Executive Director of the Free Speech Coalition commented, “We want to thank XFANZ for their leadership in raising funds and awareness about the services we provide.  This type of support is especially impressive considering the very recent launch of the XFANZ website.   FSC exists to serve the industry, but we need the ongoing support of the industry to fight the battles we do on behalf of our members.”

The Free Speech Coalition and the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection jointly thank XFANZ for its leadership as well as the many individuals and corporate donors who made the event such a success.  We extend a special thank-you to key event donors, including:  Sex Search, Matt’s Models, Evil Angel, Adam and Eve, Hustler, Digital Playground, Pink Visual, Fleshlight, Cal Exotics and Hush Hush for their support of our important cause and mission.

The Free Speech Coalition is the national trade organization to the adult entertainment industry.  Its mission is to safeguard the industry from oppressive governmental regulation and to promote good business practices within the industry.
