FSC Announces Theme and Award Recipients for its 2008 Bash

Canoga Park, Ca. – The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) announced plans for this year’s gala fundraising event. Election 2008 Bash is the theme, in honor and recognition of the upcoming Presidential election.

“We are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel after eight years of an oppressive administration,” said Diane Duke FSC Executive Director.  “I know that there are no guarantees with the next administration, but we really must celebrate the end of the Bush era.”

The event is being held at the Globe Theater,  Universal Studios Hollywood, Saturday, October 11th.  FSC will recognize four distinguished awardees at the evening’s event.

Woman of the Year – Rondee Kamins of Transworld News
Man of the Year – Scott Coffman of AEBN
Business of the Year – Sureflix Digital Distributing
Legacy Award – Harry Mohney of Déjà vu

“It will be an incredible party where we will honor some of our industry’s best and brightest in an atmosphere of glamour, fun, and laughter--an event worthy of this great industry and the professionals that make it successful,” Duke stated.
